No doubt about it, predictive coding is the most talked-about topic in electronic discovery right now. But somewhere close behind it, we have the subject of transparency in e-discovery. As Jackson Lewis Partner and National e-Discovery Counsel Ralph Losey explains, transparency isn’t about becoming invisible.
