Let’s be honest, when it comes to providing support and services, lawyers are some of the most challenging clients. In my interview with Gina Buser of Traveling Coaches at LegaLTech New York 2012, we discuss best practices for providing technological support and guidance to lawyers and attorneys. Among the topics we cover are establishing a positive relationships with lawyers, talking to them about data security and providing tech support for the iPad in the legal workplace.
